Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free first report
Every new account gets one free report so you can try the Service before buying.
Automatic credit refunds on failed reports
If a report fails to generate due to a system error on our side, the credit consumed is automatically refunded to your account. No action is required.
Report packs (Starter, Small, Standard)
Unused credits from any one-time pack are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Email support@feeoptimizer.appwith your account email and we'll process a pro-rated refund for any credits you have not used. Credits that have already been consumed are non-refundable.
Unlimited yearly subscription
The Unlimited plan can be cancelled at any time from your Billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal but you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Full refunds are available within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal, provided you have generated fewer than 5 reports in that period. After that window, the subscription is non-refundable but stays active until the period ends.
Promotional codes
Purchases made with a 100%-off promotional code are not eligible for refund (nothing was charged).
How to request a refund
Email support@feeoptimizer.app from the address on your account, include the order date and reason, and we'll respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
