1. About FeeOptimizer

FeeOptimizer ("the Service") is an automated portfolio fee-analysis tool. It estimates the expense ratios and long-term fee drag of investment portfolios and suggests lower-cost alternative funds with similar exposure. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

2. Not investment advice

FeeOptimizer is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing in the reports, recommendations, or outputs constitutes investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make. Consult a qualified professional before acting on any output.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Paid plans and credits

Reports are gated by credits. Credits and subscriptions are sold via Stripe. Pricing is shown on the pricing page. Refund and cancellation terms are described in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass usage limits.
  • Do not upload data you do not have the right to share.
  • Do not use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.

6. Data accuracy

Fund metrics, ticker classifications, and recommendations are derived from third-party data sources and AI models. They may be inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete. The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeeOptimizer and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or investment losses arising from your use of the Service. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
